HORRIBLE place!!! "30 minute hem" is false advertising! They told me my pants would be ready Wednesday, I come Friday and they tell me they aren't here. You took my pants to New Orleans????? Why would you advertise a 30 minute hem in Mandeville, tell me to come back in 3 days and 5 days later you don't have my pants. Now my uniform for the biggest event of my life isn't here in time. Waste of money and time.

WORST!!! cleaners!!!! ever!!!!!!! really has gone down hill since Rhonda has left, they switch up employes to much. I have been a loyal costumer for years and the new manager is extremely rude and doesn't seem to know what she is doing. Including the owner Leslie who is the rudest owner of a business I have ever met. I have putten 6 dollars in my pocket has a test to see if I would get it back.. Didn't. About a a week or two ago they lost a top( they have lost tons of my stuff) and that was the last straw of why I'm not returning. I would rate less than one star if I could.

I went to a cleaners in Covington to drop off a suit, during my lunch break they accepted it and I left. I was told over the phone that they would have it ready for me after 5 pm the following day. As soon as I arrive back to the office I receive a call from said cleaner stating they wouldn't have it ready and to come back and pick it up. Being that I was on a tight time constraint due to my lunch break being an hour, I was extremely frustrated by this. To make a long story short I called Cleaners by Louis right after and asked would their be any reason as to why they couldn't have my suit done for me with in 24 hrs and they said no. So today I have my suit dry cleaned and ready for tomorrow. Couldn't be happier and if I had stuck with the establishment that had the better google review I would not have a clean suit for work tomorrow. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and will be back.
