Very unhappy with this place. I went in to have a suit let out. I was told they couldn’t let the jacket out, but they could let the pants out. I also wanted the suit and a dress shirt dry cleaned. I was quoted $25 when I dropped it off on Friday. Today, April 17, 2018, I went to pick up my suit and was told by the little Asian lady that they were able to let out the jacket, however it still fits the same. Also my total was $58.68. More than DOUBLE the original quote. Needless to say I will NOT be going back to Ann’ Tailor and Alterations for any alterations or dry cleaning. I highly recommend you do the same. They are very dishonest people working there.

I'm a Soldier in the US Army. I took three pieces of my military equipment to get my name tape sewn on and they tried to over change me. They reduced the price, Only after I told the Asian lady that I was going to tell other service member to Not come here to get alterations done there. This is the only reason I'm 2 Stars instead 1 star.
