Had a wedding dress to be altered, and Mrs Ana took over and did an excellent job. She not only did the job but recreated the dress’s fashion. The day of my wedding, I received so many compliments!!

My first time doing business with Ana’s was about a month ago. I had a zipper replaced on a dress and a skirt altered in the waist. I was very pleased with the quality of work so I decided to use them again today for another zipper replacement on a different dress. To my surprise the price increased from $20 to $22 so I asked why was there a difference in the price? She stated that the zipper was longer and more expensive. I went on to tell her that the previous zipper was longer and again asked for an explanation for the increase in price. There was no explanation so she merely repeated, “the price is $22, do you want it or not?” Granted, we’re talking about $2 but it’s the principle. This could have easily been resolved by giving me legitimate justification for the increase instead of making up prices as you go along. Because of the unprofessional attitude, I will be discontinuing my patronage with this business. It’s good to know that $2 meant more to you than having an ongoing customer. I wish I could have given zero stars because good customer service is more important to me than the service provided any day. I hope you treat your future customers better than you treated me.
