I wish I could rate this better, but when I stopped in today to see how much it would be to take my dress in, he said word for word "it is unfixable." This dress is brand new with tags and honestly I was devasted because I thought I bought the dress for nothing. I took it to another shop and was told they could take it in no problem . If he was too busy or couldn't do it, I could respect that. However, telling someone a dress is unfixable when someone right after said they could fix it, is not okay.
