I was in need of a tailor and decided to give Kim's Tailor a visit. Upon entry, the waiting area was clean, but very barren with limited to virtually no seating. The store associates were friendly and greeted me in a welcoming manner. However, there was ZERO willingness to have my business or lend assistance of any kind. While I was there, I saw them turn down two customers, for reasons that sounded like an excuse and simply the lack of willingness to get the job done. All I needed was my button-down to be fitted, and before I knew it, she too had told me it looks fine and doesn't think I should alter it! I respect the opinion, but if I took the drive and entered a tailor shop, I obviously wish to have my shirt adjusted! I appreciate the friendliness, but my time and business was not valued in any way. Disappointed that such great potential is wasted with a "cherry-picking" attitude of the clients and work they wish to accept. I recommend going somewhere your time and business is actually valued.

Amazing service from the lady at the front counter. The lady up front is quick and one of the most courteous people I've ever met. Highly recommend for your tailoring needs!!!!

This is one of the worst tailoring experiences. Something as simple as a coat sleeve length was botched. I took in a jacket and a suit for alterations last week and rather than altering the sleeve length from the shoulder side, they altered the sleeves at the other end, so that the buttons are now at the very edge of the sleeve. This is obviously why they only take cash and no credit cards. I wish there was a zero star option here! They are completely incompetent.

I've been a customer of Kim's for years, at least 10 years, and have never once been disappointed. She does an outstanding job and does it in a timely manner. I've always been happy and satisfied with her work and will continue giving my business to Kim. She is excellent!

No attention to detail. Had straps shortened, the tailor didn’t spend any time measuring and they turned out too short and lopsided. Brought back in for repair and the problem was not fixed. . Dress is ruined.
