Great service!!!! Live over an hour away. She was able to fix my military uniforms, right away. Since someone local, had not gotten them right. Knowledgeable of what she is doing when it comes to the military uniforms. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Best tailor in town!!! I'm from Johnston where my family still lives. I now live in Minneapolis and try to bring any alteration I have home. She is the best and I don't trust anyone with my stuff as much as her!

I dropped off a pair of dress pants one week ago to be hemmed and pre-paid for the item to be done. I went back today when she said it would be done and she could not find them. She asked me to come back, but then I started looking for them. I found them at the bottom of the pile pretty much exactly where she put them a week ago. She wanted me to come back later today, but it's out of my way, so I asked for my money back and she gave it to me. It seems very unorganized, with several piles of clothes lying around.

Not impressed. Took pair of $100 dress pants in for hem & another pair same value in for sl patch job and took forever and def noticeable. Owner was friendly but had to wait every time for more than 20-30 minutes for her to open her store during her posted business hours. 2nd time in my pants weren't even done by the promised pick up date. Price was nice though. I don't think I will be doing business w/ Chong's again. Maybe someone else will have better luck than I did. - Brent

I dropped my bridesmaids dress off appox a month ago and it still wasnt done . The first time i went in it wasnt done and she told me to come back monday. I came back tuesday and it still wasnt done . Then she stated it would be done at 4 that day. I have to go pick it up tomorrow and hopefully it is done. Does not have a good turn around time . Thankfully it isnt to far of a drive from my place because this will be my third time returning.

Chong's did a great job on the hemming I needed done and it looks very clean & professional. They even got it done earlier than originally planned at my request with no issue. Very reasonably priced and very friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future.
