Cannot stress how horrible of an experience this was. I wanted a hem and taper on my suit pants. She never called me when they were done and when I called inquiring when they'd be done she said they'd been done for awhile and I could come in whenever. Additionally, she completely skipped the taper and still charged me $40 for the alterations (I've never paid more than $25 for any other tailoring of pants). Horrible experience, if you want anything near a quality tailoring job go anywhere else because you will be wholeheartedly dissatisfied here by any metric.

I just came from there and asked the lady in the front if she could do a basic repair on my jeans. Her initial response was, "Not gonna happen". Ok, cool, thank you for your wonderful customer service. Whenever I need any type of tailoring work done on my clothes, my return to A Stitch On Time is "Not gonna happen". The place is junky and looks like a hot mess anyway, so I might have been disappointed with my experience either way. Go to the one down the street before you come here.

I received a recommendation to go here from a friend for a bridesmaid dress alteration. I was able to get in on the same day that I called and she had the dress done within two weeks. The dress looked phenomenal and fit perfectly! The quality of the alteration was amazing, hands down some of the best alterations I've ever had. The price was reasonable compared to the quality that you receive!

I work near Michelle's shop, but live 3 hours away. When I was unable to pick up my items due to an accident, she redid my dress to work with my new situation and mailed it to me before I had even paid for them. I got my dress before my event and it was perfect. She was a life saver and worth every penny!

Worst service ever! She has had two winter coats that needed to be taken in a little at the back seam. She has had them since JANUARY AND IT IS APRIL 18TH! We call today to ask status and she says 2 weeks, she will do them after the Prom dresses! no apology, just okie dokie! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

My daughter had decided that she wanted to use my Letterman's jacket and just have her stuff added to it. At first everything was fine and the lady was very patient because I had to order a patch custom made. After I got it to her, the jacket was finished in a timely manner. But when I went to pick it up she had removed my Chevron & my graduation year because they weren't the exact same as my daughters. That should have been a decision that I made not that she made and let me know later. I was heartbroken & my daughter was too. Now I have to remove the stuff that she put on & resew mine back on and then sew my daugbters back on again. And she charged me $45. I happen to look at the 3 other jackets waiting to be picked up and the prices on those were at least half the price of mine... So, basically I paid her $45 to tear my patches off and sew my daughters on. Just so I could bring it home and tear my daughter's patches off and put mine back on and then put my daughter's back on.
