So, I'm a cosplayer but without the tools or skill to make alterations to existing pieces. I brought in a cape for an expensive Darth Vader set to have hemmed as it was too long for me. I was concerned at first, but after seeing the finished product, I will be bringing all my clothing needs here! Highly recommended!

The customer service is beyond cordial and professional. They work very hard and out of several items I've had altered, not one has had an issue! An easy 5 stars!

Went to have my wedding dress hemmed. She did a wonderful job and had it ready the next weekend! Cost was extremely reasonable. She was so sweet. I’d recommend her and use her again!!

ZERO STARS! I brought a curtain in to this lady on Tuesday April 2nd to have seven inches taken off and hemmed. I prepaid 16 dollars and she told me it would be ready on Friday, April 5th. I come in on Friday, April 5th, to pick up the curtain. She gives it to me and I leave. Later that evening, I go to hang the curtain... it's the same length it was when I had dropped it off. She didn't do anything to it. I gave her 16 dollars for NOTHING! I have other items that need altered and I was hoping if she did a good job I would bring them to her as well. Needless to say, I will go somewhere else.
