I brought a bag in, the repair probably cost more than the bag but it was my wife's favorite. The bag needed zippers and nobody in Indy would take on the job. Sew Perfect took the challenge and did a fantastic job. My wife was so surprised to see her favorite bag functional again. Thank you.

Update - i picked up the jacket and the patches were still crooked. Try #2 still crooked. Try #3 Still crokked. I am on trip 6 to this shop (even though Karen says I have not been here 6 times) on Jan 5 for Karen to remove the patches and refund my money. I would never recommend and never use again... Took my son's varsity jacket to have patches sewn on the beginning of December. Pre-paid $63 for 11 patches to be sewn, pretty pricey. That's higher than the going rate of $5 per patch at other shops. Pinned the patches where they should go and told I could not pick up until Dec 19. Yes, over three weeks later. Made a second trip into the shop to show son where patches were pinned and all was fine. Told not to worry about them being crooked that they will be straightened and sewn straight. Just went to pick up and patches are in the wrong spot! Plus they are crooked! Karen apologized and will fix by Friday. Very disappointing. I want to do business with local businesses, but I should have gone to Indy for this job. We'll see if the fix is right. Karen is very nice, but maybe if she wasn't on her cell phone so much she would get customer's directions correct.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! They are so friendly, and were able to hem my pants in a short amount of time. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a professional alteration in a short amount of time!

If there was a negative stars, I would give them. I was charged $85 for a dress hem that wasn't even done! They did not hem the dress at all and they had the dress for 6 weeks! Had to go back again. Owner was extremely rude. The ladies working there with her were also rude. Definitely avoid going here!

They are terrible. I took a couple of hats there to get patches sewn on, they told me it would take 2 weeks... Not a problem, but when I went to pick them up they were not done and I was told to come back in 20 minutes. When I got my hats you can tell they were rushed, the patches are not straight AT ALL and the stitching is all over the place. The patch on one of the hats is all bunched up. I am going to have to take them off and redo it. What a waste of money.

I went in Tuesday for my initial fitting for my wedding gown. The dress is already a great fit but needs to be hemmed and a bustle added. Karen was working with another bride when I arrived but made sure I was comfortable and that I knew she would be right with me. Even though she had a constant stream of business after I arrived she did not rush and took her time to make sure I was satisfied! I am looking forward to picking up my dress!

Karen is amazing and she did a PERFECT job on my wedding dress. It was done in less than a week when every other shop told me it would take a month. The alterations are perfect and I can't even see where it was altered but it fits like a dream now. She was so kind and understanding. I highly recommend her.
