I brought my dress in a month and a half before prom, they told me it would be done the 18th, prom was the 25th. That's okay. The problem is they messed it up, made it too small and made the hems wrong. and messed up some of the sequins. The price even after that was $50. I live 30 minutes from the store. Super upset with the service. I would never recommend it.

Went in to get pants hemmed. Needed a total of maybe 2 inches off. There is a sign on the door saying we could sit and wait for the pants to be hemmed. At checkout, she suddenly tells us that we cannot sit and wait because they are closing in half an hour an she has other things to do, even though these pants wouldnt take long at all. She then tells us it would be about a week to get my pants hemmed. Horrible service, horrible turn around time for a few inches off pants.
