I’ve been coming here for years. I picked up something I had altered and there were stains on it that were not there when I dropped it off. Had to snow before pictures for proof. She offered to cover the costs of dry cleaning. She does do quick alterations.

Never again....This lady was a bit too forward with her comments. When someone you don't know says that you're too fat for your wedding dress and that you need basically a MooMoo... That's not super cool. Then I wanted a zipper put in some pants and she said that there was urine in them and she did not want to fix them... that just went a little too far. Vista Cleaners in Mooresville disagrees with her statement. I'm sorry, but she was just downright out of line and I will not forget it.

Excellent service! She saved the day for me by working a miracle on a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding. One alteration place had already turned me away saying it wasn't possible but Pro Alterations made it happen. She was friendly and did great work in a timely fashion for a fair price!

Very talented! I lost a lot of weight due to chemotherapy and suit coats fit ok in the shoulders but hang like drapes along the sides. Without even measuring she took the sides of a sport coat in for me and the fit was amazing. I will be bringing more to her for adjustment.
