I have gone here several times before, and received decent service. However, on my last three visits I have been extremely unsatisfied with the service. I brought in a dress to be hemmed and was told it would take two weeks. I went in two weeks later only to find my dress still unfinished and would need another week. When I did finally pick up my dress still did not fit correctly, and she blamed this on the stretchiness of the material. The inability to give me timely and professional service is ridiculous. She failed to do the job I paid good money for her to do and as a result I wasted time, money and effort. Would not recommend.

I've taken many items--2 bridesmaid dresses, a semi-formal dress, and dress pants for work--to Nora Alterations and been very happy every time. Prices seem reasonable (although I didn't shop around) and the staff is very friendly. The turn-around time is quick, as well. I will continue to take my business here.
