I brought several items to Nikiforos tailoring including pants and a dress. The owner Nick spent a lot of time with me to ensure he knew what I wanted done to each item. He had me try them on and then marked the clothing with chalk. The jeans he hemmed looked exactly like they would if I bought them off the rack (except the right length). He took in a dress and it fit very well. My trousers were also taken in and hemmed, and they fit well. When I picked up the items, he also had me try them on to ensure I was satisfied with the fit. I have taken clothes to get altered at my dry cleaners, and they did not come out looking as good as Nikiforos tailoring. One other thing, he was available outside his business hours, so call to see if he's in in case you need to pick up items outside business hours. I will be going back!

Very professional tailor and such a nice person. I needed alterations for my 5 trousers. I came up with some alteration ideas and he explained me what I need. I'm so happy with the results. I will definitely come back.

Patient and skilled. I brought in two pairs of pants that needs to be taken in. They were not done exactly to my liking the first time, I took them back to him and he fixed them quickly and got free. Appreciate his hard work. A great option in the city!

I went here needing a new zipper for my jacket- or so I though. The tailor just asked to see my jacket for a minute. He fixed it with some pliers and didn't charge me. I'll definitely come back if I do need a new zipper.
