I took 10 yards of fabric to Lynn to make privacy curtain-type panels. I gave her instructions on how I wanted them sewn. She followed my request to the letter. Also sent me home with a lot of fabric which I over estimated the amount I would need. Thank You Lynn!

Lynn is so good at what she does, a true artist! She altered my wedding dress for me, and recently a formal dress to make it more flattering, and even found matching buttons my coat was missing on a time crunch. She definitely knows what she is doing with alterations and is very personable and accommodating!

I had a zipper replaced on a coat by the in-house seamstress, Lynn, at this Nuvo location. We were quoted $38 to pick up in a week and $48 if we wanted a rush service for pick up in 3 days. We opted for the rush. We were called to pick up the coat the next day. Indeed the zipper had been replaced, however purple threading was visible on the newly sewn in zipper (it is a black coat with no purple) and the stitching is fraying in some areas, unevenly sewn and does not look like it was sewn by a professional seamstress. I asked to speak to the manager and they would not refund our $48, or even offer a discount. They referred me directly to the seamstress who we were told was unavailable. They advised it would be up to the seamstress if the charge would be refunded. The zipper was replaced to avoid purchasing a new coat right before the holidays, but now a new coat is necessary due to the poor quality provided by Nuvo's seamstress and the fact that the coat has been ruined. Their sewing service is highly disappointing, as well as their customer service when it comes to customer complaints. I would avoid using their seamstress services.

Lynn altered a prom dress for me a few years back, and she did a wonderful job! Not only did she shorten the two layers but she also took in the top several sizes! My dress fit perfectly and, even though it was strapless, I did not have to worry about it falling down at all! This woman is a goddess when it comes to alterations and she gets them done in a timely manner! 10/10 would recommend

My mother of the bride dress needed a few alterations and Lynn is very skilled at her craft. I wasn't really happy with the sewn in cup size she suggested, so I called Lynn and she said she could change the next day. I definitely will be taking my business to her in the future. Thanks, Lynn Amy V.

Lynn did an awesome job on my wedding dress, it turned out exactly how I wanted it. A lot needed to be done to it. She charged me over half the price that David's Bridal quoted. She is also quick!! I highly recommend her!

Alternating a military uniform is no easy task when things need to to be placed perfectly. But Lynn gave me exactly what I wanted. She's very polite, patient and helpful. Even when there is an issue (on my end) she was still able to pull through for me. She is my go to seamstress.
