I went in with a broken zipper on a dress and two pants I needed hemmed. As all the other reviews say, they did a great job. My only problem was that I needed the dress for a wedding in the next couple of days, so we agreed I would come back a few days later for my stuff. When I came in, they hadn't got to my dress yet and didn't remember that we had set a day/time for pick up. He offered to stay late that night til I came back after work, but in the end I ran some errands and came back about a half an hour later and he good was able to finish the zipper in the meantime. I think he charged $5 for the zipper repair and $9 for each pair of pants hemmed. Will definitely go back again and be more specific if anything is time sensitive.
