My expectation for good service in Fort Wayne waned in recent years. Say what you will about "Hoosier Hospitality," but it doesn't apply to a majority of service oriented businesses anymore. Cold food. Rude servers. Managers/owners that just want your money and you gone, but sometimes you will find a gem in Fort Wayne. Kyrou Tailoring is one of those gems.Over the last two weeks Mr. Kyrou has taken in a jacket and put stripes on my uniform. After asking how long it would take, he explained that 1 week was "guaranteed," but in both cases it took less than three days. Cost was what you expect to pay for tailoring, or maybe even a little less, but the service is priceless. One reviewer on Yelp said he was rude. Don't believe it. He is very nice and polite. He is an older gentleman who appears to have a decent amount of business (and repeat customers). He guarantees work completion in a certain time frame, and time is money. That being said, on my return visit we talked about members of my company who frequented his shop and even joked around a bit. He's a very nice guy and a darn good tailor (pun intended). Be respectful, pay in cash, and enjoy a small shop quality product. Bottom line: Kyrou Tailoring is a privately owned gem of a business that gets my full recommendation.

My husband has been going to Kyrou for quite some time now. He always tailors his Marine Corps uniforms and does a great job. He made a minor mistake one time and immediately took the uniform back and corrected the problem!

he took in my suit jacket sides in and adjusted the sleeve length for under $50. and the quality is amazing!

I brought them a suit that was falling off me due to weight loss and they got it to look tailor made again for half the price of a chain warehouse for men. They also have the best prices I've found on neckties. If you need quality work done by a "mom and pop" shop, this is the place to go.
