I would never go here again I plan on taking this place to court!one month from my wedding my dress was not altered at all. I paid 170 for nothing she didn’t even fit me for my wedding dress.no pin no bra Nothing I am livid! Worst service I ever received in my life! I’m devastated!!!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. WORST ALTERATIONS I HAVE EVER PAID FOR. I DROPPED OFF 2 PAIRS OF PANTS TO BE REPAIRED. AFTER DROPPING OFF THE PANTS. MY SON STATED THE JEANS DIDN'T FIT ANYMORE. SO WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF DROPPING ITEMS OFF FOR REPAIR. I CALLED HER BACK AND TOLD HER DON'T FIX THE JEANS. SHE WAS QUIET AND THEN SAID OH I ALREADY DID THEM. I KNEW THAT WAS NOT TRUE AND I SHOULD OF WENT RIGHT BACK TO PICK THEM UP AND I DIDN'T. A COUPLE OF WEEKS SHE CALLS ME AT WORK AND YELLS AT ME THAT I NEED TO COME PICK UP MY ITEMS AND WAS VERY RUDE AND STATED IF I DIDN'T PICK THESE ITEMS SHE WOULD SELL THEM. I USUALLY USE ALTERATION SOLUTIONS UP AT 86TH ST. THEY ARE WONDERFUL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I PICKED UP THE ITEMS THE WORK JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN. I SAID OH MY GOD THIS IS TERRIBLE MY SON WON'T WEAR THESE PANTS LIKE THIS. SHE GRABBED THE MONEY AND SAID OH WELL BEST I CAN DO. I TOLD HER I WOULD NEVER BRING ANYTHING BACK TO HER BUSINESS. RUDE RUDE AND I COULD OF DONE WHAT SHE DID TO THE PANTS. TOOK HOME AND THREW BOTH PAIRS IN THE TRASH. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I SHOULD OF KNOW BOTH TIMES I WAS THERE NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE. SHE HAS NO BUSINESS OWNING HER OWN BUSINESS. ANGRY CUSTOMER.

Over last 20+ years, I've gone here to get dress or suit slacks altered. I think they do a great job and are reasonably priced. My last alteration was to alter the pants (charged me $25) on my $1,100 suit, so I trust them with my good stuff.
