After reading her reviews and meeting the sweet old lady that runs the place I without hesitation gave her a try. My first alteration was okay at best. 2nd alteration was also average to below average in comparison but against my better judgment because I like to support local shops I went back for a third alteration and it will be my last visit. Each alteration has been for pants and the legs are different lengths, the hems have horrible consistency... I will be taking this last pair to another shop in town to fix the botched job. I don't know how this woman has been in business this long and her ratings are so high! I would NOT recommend using this business :(

Brought in a dress to be hemmed. It was during prom season so I brought it in a month before I needed it, she said she could easily do it and she would call me when it was ready. The day before I needed it I still hadn't heard anything so I ask my fiance to stop by and pick it up. When he brought it home I was heart broken. I had a gorgeous chiffon dress that she just cut and surged the edges which made them ragged and frayed. She also cut the lining significantly shorter than the chiffon (which is a see through fabric) which now looks horrible through the skirt. Charged me $100 to ruin my dress. Edit: I went back to talk with her about my concerns and before I could finish explaining why I was upset she proceeded to scream at me repeatedly to "go to Hell"

I called asking for last minute alterations after a seamstress in KY completely botched the measurements. Jimmy did me a HUGE favor and fixed it overnight for me. I was SO appreciative, because it was a bridesmaid dress and the wedding was the next day.

This establishment is not for blacks changed my original price from $36 to $39 was told by owner Jaime all her black customers gives her problems called the police on me and told the police all I wanted was my money back because I needed it after I already paid a long time friend of Jaime said Before I entered the store here comes one of my black customers poor place of business will never return

I purchased a way oversized dress and I too brought my dress in during a very hectic time (prom AND wedding season). I just picked my dress up yesterday and she did an amazing job. Jamie is the best & I won't be taking any clothing to anyone else.
