Total NIGHTMARE!!!
Erin left town and closed the store the week of my wedding without informing me. The appointment I had to pick up my dress was not rescheduled or even tended to! My maid of honor was incredible- thank God- and found Eric's personal Facebook page. She messaged her via Facebook and made arrangements for us to pick up my dress. When we got there, my dress was torn, my double layer veil was not attached, one of my veils was missing, she had thrown away my dress material that we were using for bouquets, my dress was a wrinkled mess, my mother's vintage dress was shoved in a corner on the floor and thrown into its box in a crumpled ball.
This happened the day before my wedding. I was in a panic two days prior to the wedding because we were unable to contact her via her work number or any contact information Erin gave to us previously. Erin also regularly forgot what days and times my appointments were, and she accused me of not knowing the dates and times of my appoinynents- impossible because I am very well organized and had a wedding planning binder for every detail of the planning process. Erin was always rude to me and I never felt comfortable going to my appointments alone due to her cold, disrespectulful demeanor. She also never remembered the date of the wedding, regardless of how many I relayed it to her. She was disorganized, chaotic, unfriendly, never punctual, and very over priced. I would never recommend her services to my worst enemy. Dealing with Erin was nothing short of a nightmare. My dress always had a new button missing or a new tear at each appointment, regardless of the fact that it was in pristine condition upon transporting the dress to our first appointment. Summary: my experience with Erin was a bride's worst ideation come to life. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!
