My husband had his grandfather's coat lining repaired and a couple of holes. They offered next day service for very fair pricing the weekend before Christmas. The work was very well done and my husband was very pleased. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional, they don't really listen to you, and dogs are running around the front of the store. I had to call them a day after the date it was supposed to be done, they told me to come in later that day. Had 3 things done to my bridesmaid dress, but it was still too long when I picked it up. That would have been easy to tell when I went in to get it, but they didn't want me to try it on, they just handed me my dress to leave. I ended up taking it elsewhere to get it taken up more and in at the bust because I felt it would have been like pulling teeth to have them fix it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to have my company jacket's sleeves brought up a little since they were too long. They had me stand with my arms down and then straight out to see how much the sleeve rode up. They marked it and all was good. When I picked it up the sleeves were WAY too short (like 3 inches) and the cuff was completely uneven. I took it back in to point out the mistakes and ask them to redo it. I got complete attitude. I was told that they do not have you stand with your arms out and if it was too short it was my fault. She also refused to believe that the cuff was poor work. She called me a lair and said "bring me your receipt for the jacket, I will pay for it, I don't want to work with you anymore".

I rode horses competitively in college and since I'm very tall, I had to order two riding jackets (similar to a sports coat or suit jacket) about 4 sizes too big for length in the sleeves. The women here were able to alter them perfectly in a matter of a week. Excellent service with a great outcome!

No phone call for when my order was done. Order was done with quality so I'd recommend them I suppose. Kind of hard to find them, but I'd recommend them over other ones in the area. I've seen people go in for prom/wedding dresses.

Closed during posted hours. Blamed my fiancée when she brought things back to them because they did it wrong. Got it wrong again the second time! Lost a long-time customer. Something's not going right there.

While the work they perform is good quality, the price is disproportionately high. The work is good, not great. After the last visit when I was charged $35 to slightly shorten the sleeves of a dress shirt, and $8 for fixing half of a hem on one leg of a pair of dress slacks, I decided enough is enough. I will not be back. If price is not an issue and mediocre service is acceptable, this is the shop for you!

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!! They are complete hacks! The place is a dump and NO PEOPLE SKILLS AT ALL!! My experience with my wedding dress required an alteration that in theory, was very simple, and they ruined the dress! NOT HAPPY AND YOU'VE BEEN DULY WARNED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! You'll thank me later!

They just ruined my husbands suit pants! They needed a very easy patch repair and instead of ironing a patch they sewed a patch into the middle of the leg! Completely visible as the patch is 2x3" which is several times larger than the tiny hole they were repairing! Even an inexperienced seamstress would know you don't sew a patch like that onto a suit.

Took a bridesmaid dress in that needed some pretty complicated alterations. It was about a size too big and had weird pleats in the front that made it bulge out in the stomach area (not flattering). The fabric also seemed difficult to work with. The lady there was so nice and helped me figure out what would make it look best. It took no time at all and she had my dress back to me in 10 days. It looks great and fits so much better! Price was a little more than $40. I'm very happy with the service I received!

This place deserves 0 stars. Their people skills are in desperate need of help & my entire experiance there was rushed and unproffessional. I went in to cut off some length off of my bridesmaid dress for a wedding that I am in, and they charged me 35$. When I went to pick the dress up today I noticed that they literally just took a pair of sissors and cut the fabric off in a jagged line. I am extremely disappointed because I have seen & heard such high reviews. Now I have to try to fix my dress before Saturday. If I wanted to just cut the length off unevenly with sissors, I could have done that myself and saved myself 35$.
