Classic Cleaners at Clay Terrace is your home town kinda business. Jackie knows our family by first names and I notice this with other patrons when I'm in there. She always greets us with a smile and asks how we've been. There are frequent coupons for various items. Professional and prompt. Convenient location when you are running errands around the Westfield/Carmel retail district. An A+ Business in my book.

This week was my first time using Classic Cleaners. I visited the location at Clay Terrace with a couple of sport coats that needed a little more than just standard dry cleaning. Jackie, the store manager, expertly sewed a button on one of my sport coats at no additional charge. I will definitely be back!

On my first use of this cleaners, Jackie was very attentive to my articles and any stains. Articles were ready when promised, with an email alert letting me know I could pick-up. Very friendly and a clean business. The second time I took an article (jacket with dairy stains), it had all the stains still on the jacket when I picked it up, although, I had pointed them out when I left it. The item was left for recleaning. The verdict is still out on how this will look after recleaning, but it did mean extra trip for pick-up.
