I have gone here for many years for our family's alteration needs. She was trained in New York years ago and truly knows how to properly alter a garment. She has made several formal dresses fit like a glove! The dress she recently altered was practically taken apart and remade so that it would fit and lay properly. She does amazing work!

I went here to have my wedding dress altered. Just basic changes, a hem and the straps made shorter. It was easy to get an appointment, so no issue there. My problem was when I picked up my dress after the alterations were done. The shop had cut way too much off to the point where my floor-length dress was no longer covering my feet. The stitching was also super choppy and very visible. I am getting married in two weeks so there is no time to find a new dress, but I feel horrible about the way it looks. I was not offered any sort of discount to the outrageously expensive prices. Will not be going back. Do not recommend.

I needed a very last minute alteration & the ladies took me in with no hesitation & I was out in less than 15 minutes! Of course, this would depend on how busy they are, but they were so willing to help & did a great job. I'll definitely be back & refer to anyone who needs alterations.

My experience was a phone call. I called to ask about dying a dress. Although she didnt do dying she gave me the best advise in my opinion on what to do. She was very nice and honest. I totally agree with her. It was a pleasure to speak with her. I dont know her name but she had an accent. So thanks to her!
