The worst place that I have ever dealt with. Ruined my wife's image of our wedding day, due to shady alterations. One of the rudest and most inconsiderate individuals I have ever dealt with. Do not bring any work to her because she will mess it up. She also has no rhyme or reason for her pricing.

Perhaps the most rude, passive-aggressive, old-fashioned (in the bad way) woman I have ever met. She made negative comments about the appearances of nearly every woman in the bridal party, expressed impatience with us constantly, did not tailor the bottoms of our dresses, and was irritated by my sister's kids because she thought they were "touching her figurines". She even checked their pockets before they left. This woman needs a stress ball. If I am going to be charged THAT much money for alterations, I think I'll go to someone who knows how to act like a professional and not lose business due to a garbage personality and lack of social etiquette.

This seamstress came highly recommended to me. Our initial visit was amazing, I dropped off my wedding dress, rehearsal dress, and my husband's vest to be altered. We made an appointment for us to get the vest and rehearsal dress and for the first fitting of the wedding dress. When we came to the appointment, only the vest was complete, and the seamstress asked if I was going to be in the wedding. Dumbfounded, I told her yes, I'm the bride, we had just met 2 weeks ago, and you have both of my dresses. Neither had been altered at all. I should have trusted my gut and taken my dresses elsewhere at that time, but I figured as long as the work was good I could deal with her being a little scattered brained. Every visit after that consisted of me clarifying things we had already been over. She gave me a piece of filigree off my dress that she said was excess from taking in the sides. Now looking over my wedding pictures, my heart is broken because I see that it was actually a piece from the neckline that she forgot to put back on, making my bodice asymmetrical. I'm extremely disappointed, and again, I wish I would have trusted my gut.

WOW!! I don't even know where to begin. I found this wonderful service at a local bridal show and I'm very grateful I did. When I went to my first appointment I was a little worried because her home is so far from Indianapolis. This wasn't a quick trip down the road (but still worth it). The shop is located behind Dianne's home and perfect. She helped me with my dress and we quickly went through all of my alterations needs. The services were exactly as I expected and the price was right. A few weeks later my FMIL (currently MIL now) realized that she wanted a small bolero jacket to go with her dress and I suggested Dianne. Dianne was able to make her the cutest jacket that fit her style and the style of the wedding perfectly. Dianne even offered to make my wedding veil when I expressed my frustrations with pricing and options. The icing on the cake though was the Fairy Godmother Service. Dianne and her assistant came to the venue and brought my dress and a few of the bridesmaid's dresses. She steamed everyone's dresses, made sure we all got into them with out messing up our hair or makeup. Overall, Dianne made sure everyone in the wedding party looked good. A few people needed double sided tape or static guard and Dianne came to the rescue with her bag of goodies. She even made sure all the groomsmen had their lapel pins at the same height and that their pocket squares were folded the same. Her services were truly a Godsend.
