Raymond Vazquez is one of the best Tailor 's on Oak street he really does an amazing job on my garments. He literally can fix anything. most importantly he is a really great person someone you can trust, if it was up to me I would give him more than 5 stars because he really deserves it.

I went to a wedding and had to have a pair of pants tailored at the last minute. I checked every other place to have the pants tailored ,they couldn't do the job in short notice so I went to tailors touch and they had it done on time and gave me great service. Raymond really took care of my issue and was a really pleasant man. This is my top tailor shop to go to.

Terrible experience that I had when getting a bridesmaid dress fixed. I went into get the dress hemmed 3 inches and the straps shortened. When I went to pick it up, they tried charging me $235, which was more than the value of the dress ($200). I’m a young girl and felt that I was definitely being taken advantage of. When I tried to dispute the charge, the woman insisted she did extra work that wasn’t agreed on. I would never recommend this tailor as they are grossly overpriced and the customer service is terrible. I wasn’t even notified when the work on the dress was completed.

I think Marc is High. This is a true and respected tailor. He gets the job done in a professional manner at a good price. This said he is a tailor and not a dry cleaner! If you don't dry clean your garments after tailoring its like wearing underwear from the store without washing them first.

I can honestly say that this was the worst tailoring experience I've ever encountered. I work in the industry and spent 4 years with Loro Piana next door. I brought in 2 pants to be shortened, 1 shirt to have altered and a pant to be tapered. I literally had to come back over 4 times (1 month) to have corrections made to every one of my pieces. Aside from the shoddy tailoring, 2 of the pants had to be dry cleaned due to grease and red paint found on the pants upon being delivered to me. 1 pant that simply needed to be shortened had small tears on the hem from tearing out stitching. I strongly suggest you take your garments to ANY other tailor on Oak Street.

I've worked with Raymond for over a decade and there is NOTHING he can't do. Taper a pair of pants? Check. Remove pleats and make dress plants flat front? Check. Take a suit jacket and make double vents? Yea...he''s a magician. Raymond can modernize slightly dated clothing and give them a refresher. I have trusted his tailoring to over thirty suits, pants and jeans over the years and he rarely misses. My main suggestion is call the day of pick up to make sure your garment is ready. Sometimes he does get backed up and to ensure you don't make an unnecessary trip, call. Also, I rarely try on the garments in the shop, but you may want to in order to ensure accuracy of work. Otherwise, he is the best tailor I have worked with (and I have worked with tailors at Bloomys, NM and Saks). His work constantly gets compliments in terms of fit and cut.

I used to love Tailor's Touch. I took all of my clothes that needed alterations there and recommended it to anyone looking for a tailor. Then they lost a pair of designer jeans. I understand that can happen, the issue I took was the way in which they handled the situation. I visited 4 separate times trying to get my pants back. In those four visits, I was given the run around and felt like they just did not care about me or my business. No recompense was offered in all of my visits or discussions. Now, I no longer use this tailor and am very cautious with any recommendations for them. I gave 2 stars because when I did go there, they did good work; however, others do good work and have good customer service.
