Rude & unpleasant owner. No hellos, no thank yous, no goodbyes in two visits. Refused to sign my receipt as "Paid" when I paid - "I Don't Need To!!!" Antisocial PD? Also, does not accept credit card or debit card, and may not accept checks. Apparently cash only, and did not have simple change for a down payment. $45 and 4 days wait for a simple zipper replacement. Will never return.

After having a wedding gown altered at another business, I went to Sam's very distraught - it was less than 2 weeks before the wedding and my gown fit terribly after two fittings. Rather than entrust them to continue working on the dress, I went to Sam's (I should have come here first!). She was very kind and knew exactly what to do to fix it and assured me she would have it ready in just a few days! I left her shop feeling much better (I arrived in tears!) and when I returned it fit perfectly! She was heaven sent and I will be taking any future alterations to her! I highly recommend her for formals & wedding gowns!!! :)

When I went to the store to inquire about an alternation for a new suit I bought, the seamstress acted as if I were bothering her by asking her questions and gave me a look of disdain when I asked her for the prices for shortening the cuffs and taking in the back of my suit coat and hemming my pants

Just tried and call this business and asked to speak with the owner. “To try and clear up an issue” a woman answered the phone said the owner is not here and hung up the phone. So I tried to call back and they won’t answer. How unbelievably bad customer service they have.

I have used a lot of drycleaners in my life but I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The woman that was assisting me was unfriendly and rude. They advertise $1.75 for shirts but actually charge $2.50. I said your sign out front says "$1.75" and the women's response with "need to take sign down... cheapest place in town..." I told her that is false advertising and bad business. No response or apology. Then, she looks at my receipt and says "3" not right for pant.... it's "5". I said the receipt says, "3 and again she says no 5...." So, I go to pay with my debit card and she points to a paper taped to the counter that reads no credit or debit cards cash only. I leave to get cash; return to pay and in the five minutes I am gone, she had taken my receipt and crossed out the "3" for the pants and writes over it with a "5".... I tell her she can't do that and she says "$5.00" and proceeds with what I owe. No apologies. No I'm sorry. Nothing. Wow!! I do not recommend this place for your drycleaners services.

The woman that ownes this shop is rude. She can barely speak English, and charged me almost $50 for suit alterations. Her quality of work is okay, but the language barrier is an issue. When she gets confused she has a tendancy to yell louder. I was looking for a replacement since Roy's on MaCarthur closed, but this place just isn't cutting it.
