Very unprofessional attitude toward customers and very poor customer service demonstrated by the owner. Commenting inapropriate, judgimental comments about the customer in front of/ in the face of the customer. Takling behind the back of customers in front of other clients. Very selective in working with clients and selective in tasks to complete. Demonstrating inaccountability by not knowing what prices she gave for what items if they are a lot. She does not complete work on time and she may hold your items for a period of time and refuse to complete them later by returning them to the client, as she did to me, which interupted my plans for taking business photos with one of the items she suppose to complete, but did not do a quality work, so I have to go to my other alteration lady to fix it and paying double for the same suit. Although very promising in the begining, she let me purchase fabrics, but refuses to complete her promice later. Acting very proud and rude like she knows everything, but the customer knows nothing. She demonstrated inability to work with different people that have different needs and wants than she expected, which makes her not able to perfom the actual customer service that stands out. She takes everything personally that is actually business related and she changes her mood and decision easily. She was braging all the time that other customers trust her by trying to convince me I have to blindly trust her, too without knowing how she works because I am a new customer. She disliked tha fact I was trying my clothes on whenever I went to pick them up. She was comparing me to other customers and expected me to be like them. I was completly disappointed by such attitute and when checking my items after complition for half of them I just wasted my time and money working with her. I work in sales and should have a neat appearance in front of people and that was the reason I seek alterations. My mistake was I brought so many cloths without knowing her service, nor her attitude. She met me at a store invited me to her shop and she rejected her service to me later. She showed me inconsistency in working with her clients and I took that as she is playing on with her customers. She had to redo some of my clothes and the second time she could not do them right again, but rudely said to me she redid those for free to me. At the end I realized she was not as good as she claims she is and she works for money only, but not for customer satisfaction. I paid her everything she wanted and walked away completely unsatisfied.
