I can't say enough good things about this place. Like, I don't want to rate it highly selfishly bc I don't want them to be overrun and inaccessible. These ladies do a fantastic job for shockingly low prices. I would not trust anyone else with tricky tailoring. They have handled everything from taking in and out bridesmaid dresses to making a gorgeous tank out of a tube top to making a ripped knee of my yoga pants invisible. Top notch, real deal, old world tailoring.

My clothes weren’t done twice in time and Ladies always have an explanations but last time when Lady start yelling at me it was enough for me. Very unprofessional treating and bad attitude. Not recommended.

Two times when I go there 2 times lady change pickup day because like she told she forgot to do it. She’s not professional. Not recommended.

This is the only place in northern Illinois I will bring my shoes, purses, boots, whatever to be TOP QUALITY repaired! And it doesn't cost an "arm and a leg"! WAY TO GO GUYS! THANK YOU!

Totally ruined my shoes! My shoes were clean and after the service I have received dirty shoes. Inside the shoe there was black powder and black fingerprints. There were fingerprints all over on the shoes in general. The finish was very messy like they were rushing and shoes were covered by glue close to the sole. Sole was not glued carefully, there are holes.

I know this place several years ago, it is worthed for alterations. I have taken to the tailor ladies dresses, pants, blouses, etc., to fix for me.
