Clothing was returned filthy and covered in string. Pant hems were not as originally measured and ended up still too long. Pant hems were crooked. Pant taper was really bad and caused areas of the jeans to bulge. I spent a lot of money there and expected master tailor experience. I chose to have them fixed elsewhere.

Worse place in town for alterations to any piece of clothing. These people ruin 2 pairs of True Religion Jeans. Then said we have your son on camera on how he set his pants on his waist so if they don't fit it's not our fault. Watch out you are on camera when you come to this place no where in the store do they warn you that you are under camera surveillance. Do not trust your expensive clothing to this location what they least have is experience!

Great tailor shop. I brought my bridesmaid dress here to be hemed. The did a great job. they were reasonably priced and was done in reasonably time. Very polite, knew exactly what they were doing. I felt comfortable leaving my dress with them.

Awesome tailoring job. Awful customer service. They are so busy they don't have a good filing system and when I described my dress they showed me the exact opposite. Also my name was not attached to my dress and was not on the hanger I gave them and no longer in the dress bag I brought it in.
