The alterations themself are done well and shows she is experienced with this but I am only giving her two stars because of her customer service. When I first dropped off my dress she forgot to mark the dress to take it in, so all she did in the two weeks she had my dress was fix the straps. I go in on the agreed upon date to pick up my dress and was given the news of her mistake so she needed more time. Side note, she had no idea when the occasion was that I needed the dress for. Now I go in for the dress two days later and it looks great, job well done, but due to the circumstance of not getting my dress done by the date we agreed on as well as making an extra drive out there, I thought a discount was more than fair. She had the nerve to act like I was being unfair and that it was an inconvenience to her that I was giving her a tad less than the agreed upon price. I will never be coming back here due to these mistakes.
