They crushed buttons on most of the shirts I brought them and didn't fix them. I brought the shirts back and they offered to replace the buttons, so they sewed the wrong colored, undersized buttons back on. Then, those crappy buttons popped off immediately after donning a shirt. I would not recommend this place and I'll never return after such a huge waste of my time and money.

Imperial has always done a great job for me! And even when they couldn't get my stain out, they left a note on the item explaining that further attempting to get the stain off would cause damage to my cloths. They were honest and up front with the limitations of the garment I had brought in. That shows real integrity. I love Imperial Cleaners!

I just want everyone to know how awesome Imperial is. I had a very nice white coat that I took snow snowmobiling, and got grease on it in multiple spots. My coat came back with out any grease spots and all the dirt was gone! I felt like I had my new coat back! The next best thing is they have excellent prices!

My wife and I had a great experience with imperial cleaners. They are a friendly staff and the manager does really well to run the business. We had one issue while coming here, my wife dropped off our stuff and gave clear direction as to how she wanted it done but we were charged, by mistake, the the highest service. We called the next day after getting our stuff back, which came in a timely manner, and I talked to the manager directly. Expressed what had happened in a kind manner and she delivered the same response back and gave us a refund of the difference accordingly. If we need dry cleaning done again we will more than likely come back here.

Go with D&L. I first decided to use Imperial because of their website, thinking that it was worth driving extra miles from Rexburg. I went to have some scout pants hemmed and patches sewn on scout shirts. They told me it would take 1 1/2 weeks. I have never had alterations ever take this long but I am new to Idaho an don't know how things are around here just yet. I get a call 1 1/2 weeks later with the cleaners telling me that the person that does their alterations does not have a needle strong enough to sew patches. I am not sure why it took 1 1/2 weeks to figure that out but I left unsatisfied and went to D&L cleaners. The did the same work in 5 days. I used them again for another scout shirt and it took 5 days. I highly recommend D&L. The only reason why this is not a 1 star rating is because the manager of Imperial called me the next day to apologize for my experience. There really wasn't too much for her to do because I had already gone to D&L. I am new to Idaho but will be a D&L customer for life as long as they continue with the service that I have received.

I don't normally write these reviews, but this dry cleaning business was excellent. I had an emergency that required quick turn around and the two ladies who were there took the time out of their day and schedule to make sure my emergency was resolved. This kind of service is hard to find. I would definitely recommend going here.

I have lived in Phoenix, Az and had good service there BUT paid high prices for quick turnaround...today I picked up a jacket that had alterations, the quality was excellent and about 20% less than anyone else I have used! Oh...and it was drycleaned and pressed! Awesome job for sure!
