We have been long time customers and have used every location at various times being pleased with quality and value. Dry cleaning isn’t cheap so it is nice to have a cleaner we can rely on. I posted this on other location we frequent as well.

I've really enjoyed the service here. Shirts, suits, dressed, mending, alterations, sleeping bags and other things, but my favorite is the down pillow service! My family brings their pillows from hundreds of miles away to have the down cleaned and the ticking replaced.

Took a suit to be tailored, I needed the jacket slightly tapered, sleeves slightly shortened and nothing done to the pants. I received back a suit that was extremely a framed and the pants had about 1.5 inches taken off the waist. Neither the owner nor manager were there when I picked it up and the employee called the owner. He got on the phone was rude, started yelling and swearing at me. The end result was them reimbursing me for a now useless suit. This is an excellent place to go if you want your clothes ruined, your time wasted, and to be belittled.

Called in to get a suit altered for a very last minute job interview (I needed my suit back the next day and I called at about 4pm the night before). Everyone was very accommodating and the turn around on the service was quick and fairly priced as promised. The seamstress did a wonderful job and my suit fits again! I will definitely be back!

I've only had ok service here. I had to return a garment here two different times because the sewing job done on it was sub-par the first time. Unless you have some sort of loyalty to this place, I'd do a little more research if you need taylor work done to your clothing.

I took a suit to D&L Cleaners to have the sleeves shortened and the pants hemmed with a cuff. On top of that, I needed the suit back by the coming weekend. I decided to call on Friday expecting to be told that the suit alterations could not be completed in time for this weekend. I was told, instead, that the suit was ready for pick up. Totally impressed. My next fear was how well was the job done. Upon picking the suit up, I tried on the jacket and found that the special need I had for shortening the sleeves was absolutely perfect. I don't know how they did it, but I had four "functional" buttons on the sleeve. I expected to lose two of the buttons. All four were there and all four were still functioning. And, the pants were hemmed, with cuffs, at the perfect length. Very impressed. I'll have another suit to be altered in the near future and will definitely bring it to D&L Cleaners. I'll report back as a continuum to this review when the work is completed.

Friendly, helpful, professional employees. They have always done a great job on all of my clothes i.e. wool suits, silk and wool blazers, winter coats and sweaters. Fair and reasonable prices too.

DO NOT GET YOUR CLOTHES TAILORED HERE. I went to this location for the tailoring service on a new suit. It took 6 visits in order to get it right. The tailor, Wanda, was rude and displayed little to no customer service skills. She was quick and careless in doing measurements and when things did not turn out the way I wanted, she placed the blame on me because "I asked for it that way" when in reality it was the opposite of what I said. She was incompetent as a tailor and adjusted the sleeves on my suit to two different lengths because "that's how I wanted it". My pants were also 2 inches short and required a redo. It was a painful process and she consistently made me feel like a burden and that the mistakes were somehow my fault. She was not apologetic in the slightest. I did not get my money's worth due to the hassle of going back 6 times in a 3 week span and would much rather have paid more elsewhere for a better service. Update: The manager, Darrin, was very helpful and apologetic when I emailed him about the issue. He made an effort to make up for the hassle.

They also have a seamstress who's the best. I've had zippers replaced and mending done at a very reasonable price.
