We have been long time customers and have used every location at various times being pleased with quality and value. Dry cleaning isn’t cheap so it is nice to have a cleaner we can rely on.

My mom and I have both had items cleaned and altered at D&L Cleaners with very good experiences. I have come to find that dry cleaning is very difficult, but the employees do their very best to deliver the best product. I highly recommend.

Horrible, Do not go to this place. Go to other laundrymats!!! Run as fast as you can. I took in 7 ties to be cleaned. they came back dirty. I sent them back and they came back with what looked like water stains. I sent them back and three came back damaged. I attempted to contact the owner that everyone referred me to and he would not call back. I went into the main store on Broadway and they attempted to stall and tell me he was not there. I said I would wait and he finally came back. He began telling me that the damaged ties were not their fault that that the ties were already worn or stained to the point that they could not clean them. (Of course they were worn after 4 times of failed cleaning and being snagged) One ties is still missing. He said he gave it back to me, which they did not do. He said all he would do is give me my money back for the cleaning. Do not go here.

After years and years of using the location next to Geraldine's on 17th and being very happy, they closed that location and the service went way down. then today we were told that to receive a paper statement they would have a $5 fee each month. That's enough, we are going to try some others and find a new place. It only took a google review and a couple calls to see I have been paying more than needed all these years. Customer service is why people return and also why people leave. too bad so many businesses cant figure this out.

I had a longer review typed up but decided to rewrite and settle with this: I took in an authentic kilt, which was purchased in Scotland. I got it from my grandmother who passed away June 3, 2019. When I picked it up, the kilt had a hole in the front of it. When brought to the attention of the owners, I was told that they would refund what I paid for the cleaning and that because a ‘sorry’ tag was given there was nothing they could do. The ‘sorry’ tag was not visible and had to be dug out of the inside of the garment. I was not told about the damage when given my garments and I was never apologized to. I was repeatedly told that they use standard dry cleaning practices and standards and that the damage was not their fault. I still have yet to be told they are sorry for the damage.

I’ve been very pleased with my dry cleaning service at D&L. I’m always told when the cleaning will be done, prices are competitive and the staff always drops whatever they are doing when I come in to help me. Speedy and friendly. I recommend!

I took a quilt in to get it cleaned. I have only had since February. It is faded and looks dirty from liquid stains. I went in to talk to the manager and took in my pillow case to show her what it should look like. The manager said I took your order and it was never black before. I took out my ticket and the color on my ticket said black and white.

Good for dry cleaning, bad for seamstress services. They need to learn how to use a sewing machine better. Also, it takes a very long time for them to sew two 4 inch pieces of Velcro onto a shirt. They gave me a 2 week turnaround time. That seems pretty excessive.

Alright, but they charge $12 to hem slacks and can't do them same day or next day. . . A little disappointed. . .

I took in a blouse in the Rexburg branch to have it cleaned and it came back with snags all over the blouse. Over a month ago, I took the blouse in and asked for the blouse to be fixed or to be compensated for the cost of the blouse. I have called weekly to find out what D&L will do about the blouse and I keep getting the run around: "We will call you back with the manager's decision," "Our manager isn't very good about making decisions about damaged items," etc., etc. D&L is a monopoly in Rexburg or I would go someplace else.

The cleaners and shirt laundry is top notch. The tailoring is another story. The turn around is slow. And anything even remotely complicated there just not interested
