Since you have to actually give a star to give a review. This isn't a star I would even give!!! Let me start off by saying when I came to drop off my garments Cathy wasn't even there, even though we had agreed on a time to drop off the clothes she went out to dinner and left us waiting for 15 minutes. That should have been a red flag and we should have just left. However once she showed up we went inside her house to drop off my stuff. Her house was filthy and smelled bad. Red flag number 2. But I didn't want to seem rude so I proceed to show her what I needed done. I dropped off several shirts that had small pin size holes and a pair of Capri pants that needed a button put back on,and a pair of "PINK" sweats from Victoria Secrets that were a hot pink color. My clothes were ready for pickup about a week later. And this is when it gets interesting. My "PINK" sweats came back and when I washed them this pink color dye is coming off on my left pant leg side. I'm very confused although I have only worn these new sweats about 3 times and just sent them to her to reinforce some stitching by the pockets. I was in shock that they were bleeding dye in this one area only. Upon closer inspection there is a stain appearing under the dye. And after more blotting. I see what looks like a kind a faded spot over the stain. Like what happens if you stain clothes and then try bleach or something to get the stain off. So now I'm starting to realize that this lady has done something to my $60.00 sweats and tried to cover it up. I called and asked her what happened to my sweats and she denied everything. So I ask her "Cathy, between my husband picking up my in perfectly good condition sweats and coming home. Someone stained my clothing and then tried to hide it by putting hot pink dye over it!? Are you kidding me!?" Again she just denied it. So in conclusion, Cathy ruined my $60.00 sweats I have thrown them away and needless to say I would suggest nobody ever use her services.
