Perfectly altered a bridesmaids dress for me in just two days for much cheaper than David's Bridal wanted to charge me. I'll definitely use them again next time I need something altered!

Lee tailor & cleaners gave me horrible service after messing up my prom dress two days before my prom. The owner's wife was terribly rude after my mother & I tried to get her to fix what she had messed up. We originally gave her two other prom dresses along with mine for her to alter. One of those two dresses was exactly how I wanted mine to look, so she had an example the whole time. Also she was asked multiple times about the materials she had needed to alter my dress and we got them for her. So after asking her to fix it, she refused and then suggested that she do it the right way but named other materials different from when we originally dropped the dresses off. She should have just told us that she couldn't correctly alter my dress instead of messing it up. She definitely caused an inconvenience for me and was rude and empathetic about it.

I love bringing my drycleaning and alterations here. Amy is so very professional and talented. She altered a pair of jeans for me which I know had to be difficult because the jeans had to be made larger in certain areas (lol). Although I know the work was done because the jeans now fit ;-) but I cannot tell that she even touched them. Yea!!!!!!! I am sooooooo very pleased with the service here. I have not had a reason to complain yet. I do tell others about Lee's. If you want quality service that won't break the bank, I say give them a try!

I recently purchased 8 very expensive curtain panels. I knew they would need altered so as soon as they arrived i took them directly to Lee’s. I counted each panel in store, they inturn counted as well. They gave me a receipt saying 8 and i asked the amount. She said $10 per panel. I returned a week later. They gave me the curtains that were extremely heavy they even made the stand fall when they put them up there. I carried them immediately to my car asking if they were all there while skimming through because i noticed there were just 3 In a set of two. I assumed they just hung them unequal. I went directly home took them directly from trunk to room, counted and there were only 7 on 7 hangers. I kicked myself for not counting in store because i knew they would not own up to it. My husband went there next day and sure enough they blamed me. Said I probably dropped it in the lot. Which my car was 3steps from door. They are big heavy drapes. Impossible to drop and not know. I live 5 min away and stopped nowhere. It hurts when businesses are dishonest when you patronize their establishment. No apology, just blame. If they messed them up during altering ida been ok with a refund of the price of my drape but got nothing but insulting blame.

I have been coming to these guys for many years. They do a good job cleaning my suits and tailoring some of my things. They did make a mistake twice on tailoring my pants, once on my son's and on another occasion my pants. They were hemmed a little short, but she did fix them. They do measure it for you but you need to tell them specifically what you need and check it twice yourself before they complete the task. But overall I still use them for pretty quick service and good prices.

Very nice family owned business with great customer service! I like how fast their service was with my order, I took 2 polo shirts in to get embroidery done. It was Monday I got them back on Wednesday and they would have been done the next day but I asked for Wednesday. Thank you!

Dropped off a white coat for medical school for dry cleaning on a Saturday and it was promised to me on Tuesday. I came at 6:00 PM on Tuesday and it was not cleaned nor was it in the store. I SPECIFICALLY told them I needed this coat for school on Thursday and they assured me it would be complete on Wednesday. I came back Wednesday at 6:00 PM and was told that they were still cleaning it and I should come back tomorrow. I NEEDED THE COAT ON THURSDAY MORNING AT 6:00 AM FOR SCHOOL. They open at 8:00 AM. I did not have my coat for school and was deducted points on my grade due to their incompetence. I will NEVER return to this store and will write a negative review on every single review site I can find about this business. I would also report them to the Better Business Bureau of Georgia, but they are not listed with them. Of course they aren't.

I came here to get a suit Tailored for a wedding. People were really nice, and the turn around time was fairly quick. HOWEVER, when I got my suit I didn't have anytime to complain as I was just a day or so away from going out of state for this wedding. The shoulders of the Jacket were huge compared to the rest of the jacket. I looked like I had the frame of a gorilla. Also Not even 1 hour into wearing the suit to take pictures ALL OF THE BUTTONS FELL OFF. I will never go here again. The work is so bad to say it was shotty would be a complement.

I live in the city, but work in McDonough GA, and that does not stop me from bringing everything I have to Lee's Cleaners. They are attentive, pro active, and will work hard to get everything right for you. It has been 4 years now, and this review is long over due. Mrs. Kim, her husband, and their two children always have a smile on their faces and never disappoint. They have fixed, cleaned articles of clothing that I own like no other. They are hands down the best cleaners in McDonough.
