Just went in to ask about one pair of pants getting shortened, she seemed to be bother by me or something because she from the start didn't seem like she wanted to do anything for me. I asked how long it takes for one pair and she said "well it takes a while, maybe a week". Then said "well if you pay more then maybe I can get it done a couple days more". A week just for a pair of slacks, that seems like quite a long time. Then to tell me to pay more and maybe she might get it done sooner. I can understand if someone is busy but it's the way she came off and said it all. Like hurried me out because she didn't want to do them for what ever reason. Sorry it's not something that's will like would be a lot of money, but I just needed pants shortened for work. I didn't like the way she talked to me or just didn't seem to care to have my business at all.

Kathleen is very skilled and her work is very detailed. I met her a few years ago and every single thing I need altered I bring to her. I prefer things to be right, not cheap!
