Visited several times over the last few years and for the most part got exactly what I asked for. I've gotten pants hemmed and tapered, new zippers put in dresses, blazers taken in, and they all came back nicely done. Staff are very courteous and professional, I'm always in and out very quick and my things are usually ready in a few days.

IT TTHEY'RE G. They are also . They are alsi hit are miss. After explicit instructions for a expensive dress, they still shortened it too much and can't be worn at all. Again landmark take priority over service..which sucks.

I made an online order for ladies clothing and the small was way too small and medium was a bit too big. However I really liked the piece and decided to keep the medium but knew would need to fix to fit. I read other online reviews before going here. The reviews were good and not so good. So i decided to give them a try. Surprisingly I had a great experience. Due to my petite and small size now I know where I'm going from now on for my resizing needs!! Couldn't be any more satisfied. Great job!!

It's location in the heart of Brandon makes for easy travel, and i have never had a long wait for assistance. The owner barely spoke English so I couldn't really understand her. I took two suits to her and when I put the suit on she said that it was too big and that I should go back to the store to get another one. That's why I was there so that they could do alterations to it...wasted my time and gas going there.

Worst tailer company I have even seen. One of my bridesmaids brought there bridesmaids dress in to have it altered. When she picked up the dress it was hemed about 3 inches shorter in the back then it was in the front.I asked the the lady who claims she was not the owner if they could do something for us since my wedding was in 3 days and my my sister in-law was now out of a bridesmaids dress the women claimed there was nothing she could do and for me to come back on the 21 st to speak to the owner who apperantly was in new York and had no way of being contacted. Now mind you my wedding was on the 11th . so it is now the 21st and I called the store and asked for the owner and the same women who lied to me a few weeks prior now claimed she's the owner I asked to speak with someone and they hung up on me Hans alterations is by far there worst customer service I've ever seen in my life I will be calling the better business bureau as well as the news stations BC this is not how a business should be ran . they ruined my wedding and did nothing about it nor did I feel like they were sympathetic at all that woman could have cared less she made her 80 bucks and ruined someone's wedding .

Great tailor for all your needs. So far they've done wonderful work on a bridesmaid dress as well installing a new zipper on a favorite pair of nice jeans. Fast, high-quality craftsmanship. Great service, long-time local business. I have been going to Han’s for about 20-25 years and Han’s in-house experts can do a wide range of work very well, and at good prices. I’ve had everything from business attire to karate gis done there, for simple things like hems to intensive repairs and patches, and I’ve been fully satisfied with all of their work. On top of that, they are always friendly and can turn around items quickly if needed.
