Had an alteration done it was done wrong it happens. Came in to see if they can fix it was greeted with " what do you want now". Then was told its not my problem. This place sucks the staff is so bad and does bad work

I just moved to Florida and picked this tailor at random from Google maps. I made a good choice. Very pleasant folks deal with. Didn’t charge me for a couple of minor repairs. I will definitely use them for all future tailoring needs.

Like some other reports, I had some work done, specifically patches sewn on a uniform. In spite of the fact that I brought written instructions and pictures on the placement of the patches, they were sewn in the wrong places. Four of the eight patches were ruined because they were trimmed. She resowed four the patches in the correct spots but I failed to notice that the remaining four patches were still incorrect. When I went back a third time, even though I had a picture, she claimed they were oriented correctly. After some unpleasant conversation, she gave me my money back and told me to go somewhere else.

Gloria is a skilled and meticulous seamtress. She always gets it right and will go out of her way to deliver a needed item in a short time. In addition, she and her husband Tony, are very gracious, helpful and concerned. My clothing always comes back pressed and ready to wear. I would highly recommend this establishment!

Went to get measurements for a suit. The older gentlemen just rushed and was rude to his wife and she ended up doing it the wrong way because of it. I provided a booklet on how I needed the measurements done but he disregarded it and just basically rushed to get me out of the place. Going to have to buy my own tape measure and try my best to do it because the numbers provided are way off.
