They did a fantastic job altering my daughter's wedding dress. Five layers of skirts and lace. Bustled the back for after the wedding. Definitely had a great experience. Gave them a photo after the wedding of her in it.

The service I received here was exceptional! ! I had last minute alterations and Kay was able to accommodate me. What really made her service personalized and exceptional was when I could not make it to her business by closing time to pick up my dresses. Kay knew that I needed the altered dresses that day so she offered to wait for me to arrive with dresses in hand - well after her business closing time. That's personalized service and going out of her way to please her customer! I cannot say enough about the wonderful service and high quality of workmanship I received from Kay!

Never ever again! Ms Kay had my wedding dress and MOH dress for over 3 months, my MOB dress and my rehearsal dinner dress for over 2 months and the result was abysmal. All she had to do for the wedding dress was add straps and a bow and remove a modesty panel then send it to be cleaned. I gave her 6 weeks to do so and not only was it not done but after an additional 9 weeks it still wasn't done right. My aunt fixed it the day of the wedding. Ms Kay never did anything to my MOH and rehearsal dresses and had the audacity to ask for more time 10 days before the wedding. The MOB dress needed the most done which was still only raising the hemline from the waist and taking in the hips. My biggest mistake was giving her the extra time back in July. She raised the hemline and took in the hips but it looked horrible and my mother refused to wear it. Took it to another seamstress hoping it could be fixed but the seamstress said she needed more time than we had because the dress was done completely wrong and the stitching was way overdone. My mother found something in a department store last minute and I had to buy another dress for my MOH. I took the MOH and rehearsal dresses back without ms kay doing any sewing to them and now that I'm asking for a refund (have been for weeks now) she's charging me a fitting fee. I will never ever again trust anything to this woman. Seriously not even a simple hem on a pair of slacks.

She didn’t have my dress done on the day she said she’d have it done, made me wait another week and still didn’t have it done... and when I finally got my dress it still didn’t fit. Will not be doing business here again

She had my son’s uniform top, for 3 weeks. On the day of pick up she was still working on it. It was not finished on time. The top needed a lot of taking in. She pinned him and knew what she was signing up for. On the day of pick up I arrived 2 hours ahead of scheduled pickup, she said it wasn’t done yet and that “it was more hassle than it was worth”. So I returned at 3pm (the scheduled pick up time) it still was not done. At 5:30pm I get a call saying it was finally done. I’m also pretty sure she took it in way shorter than originally requested. If you like work done on time and with care. I would not recommend. IMO to have a piece for 3 weeks (in your slow season, as noted in her lobby) and to be rushing last minute to get it complete. It is just unprofessional and sloppy.
