Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Steve. I had a dress with a broken zipper 2 hours before my sister-in-law's rehearsal dinner and was willing to beg for help. But that was completely unnecessary. Even though he was busy, Steve dropped what he was doing, expertly identified the necessary course of action (replacing the zipper), and he and his team had it executed in one hour. He made sure to personally call me the moment it was completed and even hand pressed it to make sure it looked perfect before returning it. Steve and his team are not only a life saver, but also completed their work to a very high level on a tight time frame. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

I can't say enough about my experience here. Steve was busy with a loyal customer altering her dresses when I walked in. He made sure he came out to shake my hand and thank me for coming in. He made time later that evening to see me about altering my suit. What a fantastic job he did at such a fair price. I will bring every garment I own to him that ever needs repair or alterations.

Steve is great and so is Nicole!!! I feel very confident that Steve knows what he’s doing and will do his best to make my suits and shirts fit like they were made custom. The dry cleaning service they offer is also timely and affordable.
