Poor customer service. The cleaning and dry cleaning services are good. However, they damaged a pair of suit pants. While the owner agreed to try to sew it, he was insulting in the manner in which he refused to admit that they caused the damaged. I refused his offer to try to fix the pants out of disgust for how I was treated. I know they damaged the pants, they were fine when I dropped them off. Buyer beware. Don't assume you will be treated fairly by this cleaner when they are at fault.

Want to be fat shamed? Use Rose cleaners for your alterations. I'm 5'4 and currently weigh 145. I went into this cleaners twice with the same size 10 dress and both times the lady made me feel like I weigh 50lbs more than I do. The second time I went in I asked to her zip the dress for me, she told me I'd "had too big of a meal and it'll be too tight." Then when she zipped the dress she gasped and asked if I was ok. The dress is snug but by no means am i spilling out of it. I went in for a hem on a bridesmaid dress, I left in tears. $34 to be treated like that, spend your money elsewhere.

This place is FANTASTIC!! I am new to the area, and this place came highly recommended, and I’m so very glad I took the advice. I am very pleased with the alterations I have had done, and service was fast and accurate. My dry cleaning is beautifully pressed, and always ready at time of scheduled pickup, unlike other cleaners, that tell you “ blank day after 5pm” to go in and learn either, 1- can’t find my clothes or 2- presser had to leave early, and my clothes will be ready by 8am the next morning. Just do yourself a favor, try rose out , you won’t be disappointed !!

horrible service. Made the biggest mistake of my life by going there for alteration of my bridesmaids dress. First, the simple hem was done very sloppy and then the owner (the tailor) totally refused to recognize the fault on the work that was done even when I should it to her. And when I asked for even half of the refund soi could have it done somewhere else, she was soo absolutely rude and pissed at me for calling her a liar that she was.

My daughters and I have used Elizabeth at Rose's on many, many occasions from hemming slacks and dresses to formal gowns. She is amazing and most affordable. I would never consider going to anyone else. Her work is beautiful. Everything is pressed and ready to wear when you come to pick up. When I called for an appointment she told me to come whenever I was ready. She is really good.
