Rude !! And over priced !

I dropped off a pair of shoes to get buffed and polished and left my name number and description of what needed to be done since the woman didn't seem to understand why I was dropping shoes off. I came back to pick them up when I was told they would be done and they were still sitting in the same spot untouched. Frustrating but oh well. Spoke with the man and again told him what I wanted to have done. Came back again and was told there not ready. Starting to lose patience here I said okay, maybe the weather held up my shoes (Assuming they send them out) All in all it took me 4 visits to get ONE pair of shoes polished, and at $9, which was high enough to begin with, I thought was a bit ridiculous. Everytime you go you wait a minute or two for them to come out of the back of the shop as well. Overall terrible service There is a HUGE communication barrier at this place, it seems like the woman speaks absolutely zero English where the gentleman speaks just a bit. Had a very hard time talking with them and getting my point across as to what needed to be done. Needless to say I will not be coming back here again.

Where is my $1000 gown lady... you made me feel like I was the crazy one... Alas, when I went back for my winter coats - cleaned and buttons tightened up ($109 later) I'm missing buttons and the HOOD TO MY KENNETH COAL DOWN COAT! It's the gold/ beige color with the fur liner. If you even care enough about your business and what the locals think of you, you'll find my hood! I'll be in when I cool off, I'd hate to embarrass you in front of your neighbors. FIND MY HOOD LADY! It be a great if you could give my Navy gown back too.

Sad to see all the negative comments on this family run shop. I have been a customer of this business for 4 years and only have had positive experiences. It’s a convenient place for dry cleaning, alterations, and repairs, all offered at reasonable prices. I definitely recommend them and will continue using their services in the future.
