I LOVE THE STAFF, I HAD A DRESS MADE FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR PROM, HEFTY PRICE OF $800 DOLLARS,ONLY COMPLAINT IS ANOTHER GIRL WALKED IN THE PROM WITH THE SAME DRESS I FELT LIKE FOR THE PRICE I PAID NO ONE SHOULD OF BEEN ABLE TO MAKE THE SAME EXACT DRESS WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER THAT SHE'LL BE MAKING THE SAME DRESS FOR THE SAME PROM, SHE IS AWARE OF THE DATE OF THE PROM BECAUSE SHE ASKS YOU TO SEND PICTURES SO SHE COULD OF SAID SOMETHING SO MY DAUGHTER COULD OF CHOSE A DIFFERENT STYLE, PLUS I PAID 2MONTHS IN ADVANCE

Came here to get my prom dress made. And I hated it. It was nothing like what I wanted. and I was told that I was stuck with the dress. The dress aaa raggedy and falling apart. It didn’t fit me correctly. Was charged over $800 dollars, and I still don’t understand why, I asked if I could exchanged the dress or just simply return it for my money (she could keep the deposit) she showed me a dress on her wall and asked for $1600 more dollars, then showed me a dress that no one ever picked up and asked for $650, but she failed to realize that I gave her all my money for a dress I could’ve made at home and did better...now I have no prom dress, and my prom is in 5 days. I cried so hard in the store because I wouldn’t even be able to go on my senior prom because my dress was so terrible. This would’ve been my first time going on prom and I couldn’t. Your better off buying a dress already made having someone make it. I wish I could insert photos of the dress to show how terrible it was. I was unsatisfied. Instead of telling me that she didn’t know how to make it, she took my money and ruined it, then had the nerve to keep asking me for more money. She knew I was unsatisfied with the results and she knew she didn’t do so good on the dress (because she kept offering me other dresses but asking for $1,000) I wish I could’ve attended my senior prom, its a experience I missed and will never get again, I regret going to her.

I basically had no leads on where to find a place in the area between DC and NYC to get an Ao Dai made. I got recommendations to get them made online or go to california, which were not helpful. BUT, Phuong's can make traditional Ao Dais!!! They were fairly cheap too, mine cost around $240 for a male Ao Dai and fiancé's cost $340 to make. The pricing I think depends on the fabric and style, but I'm posting this here for anyone looking to make an Ao Dai in the future and are looking for a tailor in person. My Ao dai fits perfect!

I have been designing and making custom garments for years. This is the only fabric store I go to on fabric row. They're super nice, hardworking people. They give you the best prices, have a great fabric selection, & create custom garments. If you're a fashion design student or you continuously shop there, they'll hook you up with a nice discount. They had me hooked for life when I was attending an important event, didn't have any time to make alterations to a dress that I wanted to add sleeves to. Called them up, she added sleeve to it for only $20 and did it within an hour or 2.
