Nina was nice and polite throughout my experience but for a business one expects more professionalism. It seems Bridaltown contracts Nina for their wedding dresses. I made the mistake of getting my wedding dress altered with Nina. My dress has poor workmanship, reeks of cigarette smell, does not look like the dress I originally fell in love with, and it took a grand total of six times for me to get fitted. In the end I was drained and biting my tongue. I am very upset with the outcome. The dress reeks of cigarette smell. Her shop smelled of a strong cigarette smell and now it has stuck on to my dress. The floors were dirty and I had to walk the floors with my dress laying on it. Save yourself a headache, time, and disappointment. Go elsewhere especially for wedding dresses.

I took a bridesmaid dress here to have it let out. After trying it on Nina took one look at it, threw a couple of pins in, and said she'd have it ready by Saturday and charged $28 for it. Friday came around and she hadn't even started it. She then said she'd have it ready the following Friday but when Friday rolled around the dress was literally in pieces and nowhere close to being ready. She said she wanted to show us why it was taking more work than she anticipated. Had she taken more than 30 seconds to look at it when I first took it in she'd have seen the issue but alas, here we were two weeks away from the wedding with no dress. I eventually got it one week before it was needed and luckily it fit. She did, however, say she'd typically need to charge $60 for the work but since it wasn't done in time she'd "let it go this time." I'd previously had a wedding dress cleaned here and though it was cleaner than when it was dropped off it's still not really clean. After two less than stellar experiences I have to suggest that you take your business elsewhere.

We had the pleasure of working with Nina for my daughter's wedding this past July. Her Godmother offered my daughter her wedding gown and significant alterations were needed as they were different sizes and were married at different times of the year. We knew it was a big ask as her Godmother had a November wedding and my daughter was getting married in July. Nina accurately altered the size without taking away from the original beauty of the dress. She listened to my daughter's unique needs and recommended subtle changes creating a beautiful and stunning summer design. Nina is an absolute visionary when it comes to making a bride look and feel beautiful on her wedding day and we were thrilled with the results. Thank you Nina for being a joy to work with and for making my daughter's wedding day an absolutely wonderful experience with memories that will last a lifetime!♥️

Nina is an absolutely amazing seamstress. She was recommended to me by a close friend. My dress originally had a straight across neckline and she turned it into the sweetheart neckline of my dreams. The belt was separate and she was able to purchase fabric that complemented my dress to attach the belt. She was on call for me on my wedding day if any issues arose. I can't recommend her enough! Clean facility. Friendly and professional staff. Love love love.

I found Nina and her staff to be more than accommodating. Always pleasant, professional with a wealth of experience to offer. She is one of the unsung heroes of my daughter's fantastic New Year's Eve wedding. We have a very elaborate dress and Nina confidentiality took charge of custom fitting, bustling and stitching in our custom “something blue” over my daughters heart. She took extra time to review with my niece how to bustle and truly showed how much she cared that my daughter look fantastic for her wedding day!! She also altered my dress and my mother’s dress. She made us feel special and beautiful in our gowns. I will post pictures if possible. I highly recommend Nina! I NEVER smelled cigarette smoke in her store.

I had taken 4 Boat Canvasses Avg size 30 x 30" to have the Clear vinyl glass sewn in, I had already cut and double faced taped the vinyl windows in place. I went there on a Saturday and asked her if she could have them done by Sunday and she said no problem, I asked her how much it would cost and she said she had no Idea. I figured max $100. when my wife went to pick them up on Sunday she had charge her $195.00 which I thought was rather steep in price considering I did all the work of removing the old vinyl and installing the new vinyl. Do you think that the price she charged was high?
