I called to inquire about services and found the person who answered the phone to be very rude. Regardless of the other review that said the receptionist was rude I decided to call this business and give them a shot. I should have listened to the review. The businesses response to that complaint, saying the customer was asking "stupid questions", should have told me all I needed to know.
Most people are not tailors or seamstresses. We are calling and asking for your guidance on performing these services as we do not do this ourselves. When you are condescending to potential customers I don't care how good your work is; I won't be giving you my business. I am a manager over a customer service desk that handles telephone inquiries. I would suspend and retrain you if you were one of my employees for the way you spoke to a customer. I'm still shocked by the attitude I received, why would ever you tell a potential customer "Well you can't do that" before even finding out what you are working with? Why would you give attitude and ask "Well you tell me how you'd do that?" to any customer asking you how you could assist? I really regret not telling you how absolutely rude you were while we were on the phone together.
For those who experience the same thing when calling this business- I will be going to another local business, The Fashion Stich, for my services as they were able to nicely work the details out with me over the phone and provide me insight on how to accomplish my end goal with their help. I would recommend giving them a call.
