Dropped our oddball projects off and our business was welcomed. I was a bit worried because we werent having traditional garmets altered, bib overalls and heavy insulated coverals. Im sure we will be very happy when they're done, a person who eagerly accepts something a little different is often the best at what they do. Thanks in advance.

Joann does excellent work. We have used her for a variety of clothing including wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, MOB dress, suits and pant hems. Her prices are inexpensive and well worth it! She is friendly and always has a lollipop for my kids and has fast turn around!

Did a great job with my suit and my wife's dress. Fair price and made sure everything was done on time. Also took a jacket there to fix a zipper, she went above and beyond to fix it and make sure zipper matched jacket

What a terrible experience! I dropped off bridesmaids dresses in March for a wedding in July. I went four separate times to pick them up because she said they would be ready. They were never ready. She kept making excuses even though she is the one that kept setting up the pick up dates. I finally on the fourth one told her I was just going to take them all with me. She said she did not steam then yet to get the wrinkles out and she did not feel right letting me take them. I said I don't care I want them the wedding was two and a half weeks away. It turns out she was lying she still wasn't done. When I finally got them when she claimed they were done. They were very poorly done. I had her as straps to the dresses and every single strap broke on the nice dresses. She also was suppose to add ribbon behind some material that was see through. She left all sorts of string that was not trimmed down on the front. What a terrible experience!

My daughter brought her dress in to be hemmed and she was extremely rude! She gave her sideways looks that we think are because she had tattoos and then said. "I can't help you" "go to the dry cleaners". I would never recommend her nor would I step foot into her establishment. She upset my daughter very much and my daughter is a respectable, good hearted, caring nurse who does not need to be judged by anyone. I guess she doesn't need the business

She tailored a huge jersey for me down to size. Was nice and knowledgeable. Work was inexpensive and she did a great job. And in the timeframe promised.

She did an excellent job on my daughter"s prom dress. She was fast and her prices are great! I live in Camden County and would have had to pay twice the amount she charged. I highly recommend!
