If I could use no stars I would! I came to the Springfield location on Friday to get help on picking a tux for my own wedding and Ethan had helped us pick one out and even got fitted. Instead of Ethan putting my measurements into the system he then started helping other costumers. We were there about 3 hours then we said we will be back on Monday to make the deposit and bring my son in to get fitted. Well they didn't have my information and wanted me to do it all over again. The whole staff were acting rude to us because we were upset that they lost everything. That is not the way to act especially when your business is to sell suits for happy occasions. Now we are going Iacubucci to get a suit. I will never in my life go to Menswarehouse and I will keep telling people never to go there too.

I rented a tuxedo for a wedding and the experience was awful. The first time I went to get fitted, I waited by the desk for over 10 mins without anyone helping me, so I left to come back another time. The 2nd time I came back, there was a line at the rental desk of over 15 people waiting to be helped. I had to come back a 3rd time to finally get fitted. When I came to return the Tux, which was the Monday after the wedding, they charged me $21 for a late fee... on the MONDAY AFTER THE WEDDING!!! They said the tux was due back on Sunday, which also happened to be Mother's Day. God forbid I wanted to spend the day with my wife, mother and children on Mothers Day. So they had the nerve to charge me a late fee on the first business day after the wedding. If you are thinking about renting a tux for any occasion, I strongly recommend anywhere BUT Men's Warehouse.

If I could give this specific location (Springfield, PA) negative stars I absolutely would. I entered the store Wednesday 2/7 around 4pm looking for a specific item. I happened to walk in behind a high school aged boy. The man at the font of the store next to the entrance approached me and said "are you with the kid" I said no, he said ok and turned around. I was like glancing around the store looking and he turns around and goes "well what do you need" so I told him and his response "we don't have that you'll need to go somewhere else" didn't even let me look and just dismissed me from the store completely. This situation felt really sexist. Because I was a female walking into a Men's Warehouse that is the way I was treated. I will do everything in my power to avoid entering this store and my fiance hopefully will not rent his suits from here after seeing all of the other reviews from individuals who have had issues similar to mine.

Ordered tuxedos for my wedding and they came in. Went to try them on and it’s the wrong color pants altogether. I ordered a charcoal colored tux and the pants were light gray, I ordered straight ties and got bow ties, I ordered a blue pocket square, got a silver one... got them exchanged days before my wedding. They came in and one of my groomsmen’s pants were way too long, luckily he had another pair of pants. For something so important like weddings, I’m pretty disappointed in the whole process. This is the last time I get anything from here. It’s really not worth the headache.

My family and I entered the store this past Sunday, noone wanted to help. A man of color offered his in and out service asking what we were looking for, my mother replied “a tuxedo”. He was back and forth and standing 3-4 ft away leaning over the rack not offering what we would like to see just watching us while we searched the rack ourselves. We asked him a few questions and he replied back with an attitude as if he did not want to help at all. Even though with his attitude my family and I were still speaking politely. There was only one other customer in the store besides us that was looking for a suit for their son that seemed to receive great service and why didn’t we get such great help. We walked out went to Jos. A Bank across the street purchased a tux, suit and a couple of sweaters. I would not recommend any of my family or friends going to this particular Men’s Wearhouse.

Ordered and was fitted for a tux at the Springfield location. I needed to pick it up in Mays Landing NJ. It was sent to the wrong store with not tailor on site. The pants were too short. I had to go to right location, wait for the pants to be lengthened and pressed. Their was a huge crease in one of the legs. This took about 2 hours total. On the day of the wedding the pants were still creased. My wife took the tux back to Springfield and informed the manager Dave of the problems . He did not offer any kind of remediation or credit back to us. Very pppr customer service.

She worked with us to find a nice outfit for him that fit, but still had a little growing room. She also made sure we got a great deal. I would highly recommend Men's Warehouse and definitely Tiffani.

My husband ordered a tux from MW for a wedding in Wyoming. We live in Kansas so we had to stop in Cheyenne to pick up the tux. When we got there the tux was completely wrong. Nothing fit correctly, which was most likely the fault of the MW he got measured at, but nonetheless it was still bad. The sales staff never apologized. They were able to order a new pair of pants, but they wouldn't be in for 2 more days (day of the wedding rehearsal, 3 hours away). LUCKILY someone from the wedding party was able to pick up the tux on their way through. To make a long story short, this MW did not treat the mistake as any of their fault. No one apologized, offered any discount or otherwise seemed helpful. They made it seem like we were an unconvinced to them instead of th other way around. It may have just been the staff that day, but our service was very sub par.

I realize that business is probably slow to nil for the salespersons tasked with selling suits at Men's Warehouse as opposed to those renting tux's in the busy wedding season starting in May. But still, they don't have to be such creeps. When you tell them you are on a very strict budget and can't go beyond that, and they show you exactly what you're looking for, match it up with the other items you need, knowing that they are leading you down a path that is 3 to 4 times the budget you shared with them. It's not that there aren't similar items that could help you keep your budget. They are on a commission sales base and work very hard to reach their next level, while purposely cheating you out of what little funds you have. Bottom line, go somewhere else, anywhere else when you need to buy a suit.

OUT STANDING! The people at the Springfield PA, Men's Wearhouse go above and beyond anyone's reasonable expectations to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Michael Lee sold me my first Nice Suit back in Nov and I have been thrilled with it, I actually enjoy wearing it. I had it cleaned for the first time this week and after getting it back I thought the cleaner had given me someone else's suit. After going back to the cleaners and determining that it really was my suit, I call Michele to see if he had ever hear of the dry cleaners shrinking a suit. He told me to bring it in so the tailors could take a look. The suit was extremely tight under the arms and the fabric was no longer smooth and soft but scratch and fat. My wife did not think it was mine as she did not remember the fat pocket flaps. They looked at it and we compared it to the same exact jacket off the rack and there were difference in feel and fit. After the tailor steamed the jacket the fabric felt better but not perfect. It was assumed they had hard pressed the suit.. apparently you don't do that with a nice wool suit. Michael suggested he take the suit to his cleaners (gota get his name) and see if it would come back to the way it was originally, and if not the manager Seth had said they would replace the jacket. I picked up the suit today, neither Michael nor Seth were in (Michael had told me he would drop it off today on his day off) and the suit was back to good as new! I asked the Manager on duty what I owed them for the cleaning and he said not to worry about it. This has to be some of the BEST customer service I have ever had! Way beyond anything one would expect for a problem that was not theirs in any way! For those of you that are impatient, I have to mention that this store is always VERY busy, most sales people are waiting on multiple people at once so don't expect one on one uninterrupted time with sales associate, but that is not the sales peoples fault. I will be purchasing a second suit next week and look forward to being assisted by Mike with my next choice. I don't know their last names but Seth and Kim also assisted and both were very helpful. Before writing this review I did a quick search and found many bad review saying everyone was rude? Not sure what store they were in but it could not have been the Springfield store! I am a resident of Upper Darby and not associated in any way with this company or any of the employees other than that of a very happy customer. BTW I really do like the way I look in my suit! Doug

I am a woman but I prefer men's formal styles and stopped into this store with my girlfriend to ask a few questions about tailorings. I explained I was attending a wedding in about a month and would probably need the sleeves of any jacket I might buy taken in. The single employee was rude, gave minimal answers, and seemed extremely disinterested in helping us. I do not know if he never encountered a woman interested in purchasing a suit jacket before but I felt very uncomfortable from how rude he was acting. Another couple came in soon after and he appeared eager and happy to assist them, very different from the treatment my girlfriend and I received. I was willing to purchase a good quality suit jacket but I will never come here again.

WEDDING NIGHTMARE, do yourself and your bridal party a huge favor and go somewhere else. I was one of two best men, the other best man got home and realized they didn’t include the shoes with his suit package and had to go back. His pants were loose and were falling down. When I picked up my suit, the pants were so small I couldn’t even pull them all the way up. Not even remotely close to my size, despite me spending 45 minutes in the store to get measured months before hand. Luckily, they happened to have an extra pair, but they didn’t fit either. I had to wait again for them to be hemmed, as the wedding was the next day. I was being rushed out the door and they didn’t even go over the outfit with me. When I got home I realized they gave me the wrong colored suspenders, so I was holding my pants up for the entire wedding. The worst part was the groom’s pants, they had a HOLE in the crotch seam. It was big enough to stick your entire thumb through, and you could see his underwear. After returning the suit and talking to someone at the front desk, he seemed annoyed and refunded me $26... from a $250 rental... what a joke. Not once did he apologize or seem sorry whatsoever, in fact, he didn’t even say goodbye or have a nice day. Don’t leave your special day in their hands, go somewhere else...

We strolled into this particular store after having an enjoyable meal. My husband was considering purchasing a second suit. After walking around the store and not being offered assistance, let alone receiving any acknowledgememt from the staff, we decided to leave. In this age of consumer engagement and experience I would expect more especially for a chain that carries such a high price tag. We will find another place to spend both our time and money. My review is specifically for the mentioned location. My fiance and I visited the Springfield location looking for wedding attire for the men. The first visit was pleasant. The representative that assisted us was helpful [initially], he provided us with his contact information and genuinely came across as a nice person. When we contacted him to inquire about a change we'd like to make to our retail wedding group selection, he NEVER responded. We then decided to go into the store and speak to him directly, he glanced over at us and quickly looked away as if he was hoping we wouldn't bother him. We asked another gentleman for help [I believe he may have been a supervisor of sorts]. He exclaimed, he doesn't feel comfortable helping us and told us to wait for the person we first started working with. I can go into greater details however it's unnecessary! Customer service is horrible at that location, the white employees are bias and too good to help those of the brown race. My money is the same as a white person, if I am to go into your store, I'd like the same treatment. I do not think it's too much to ask.

Go and see James Taylor......not the singer but the fine gentleman who will send you off looking like a million bucks. I ran in needing a shirt during a wedding and they were BOGO so I said let me come back and pick the second shirt at another time. Well over the course of the next several weeks and visits I ended up with 3 suits 2 of them custom 3 dress shirts 2 ties and 2 sharp sports jackets for an unbelievable price. I now have go to outfits for any occasion calling for a casual dress up to a formal event. Thanks James!

Really great store! Amazing selections! Staff was really friendly, accommodating, and professional. The manager of the store, Rob, helped me pick out some vest, shirt, and tie combos. I had my three-year old son with me. He was getting bored and antsy towards the end. He wound up knocking down some of the ties on the display. The staff were very patient, calm, and understanding. Thank you to the staff for such a great experience, and I can't wait to wear my new wardrobe. I will be shopping here from now on whenever I'm in need for quality menswear.

I honestly wish it was possible to give a negative star review. The representatives were unprofessional and completely disorganized. I brought my son in to get measured for my sister's wedding, and based on that experience I will never go back. The guy who measured my son had absolutely no clue what he was doing, treated us like we were an inconvenience, and based on how he treated other customers, very disrespectful. I went to the Plymouth Meeting location for my Tux, but came here because it was closer to home. Biggest mistake I ever made. My son was forced to change in the bathroom which was unacceptable. There was an employee yelling at another employee in the back room, but visible to everyone. The "sign in" system is a joke, we were told to sign in and that was it. We were not told that we needed to fill out a form or hand it to someone, so we ended up standing around until someone realized we were there after stepping around us multiple times. I'm actually standing here listening to the guy who measured my son talk to his current customer and he remembers his name and what he ordered. He didn't even bother to get my son's name, or mine. He also left in the middle of helping a customer because his shift was done. Extremely disappointed in this experience and will NEVER be going back to this particular location.

This is a chain store that has mostly men’s clothes and tuxedo rentals. They usually have a decent sale or two going on. The staff is very friendly and the tailoring service is great. UNCLE GERRY'S TIP: Find a Kohl's for ties and pocket squares that are much cheaper and the quality is just as good.

I keep forgetting to get his name, but a gentleman there has helped me beyond reasonable expectations on more than one occasion. With no lead time, he's measured and outfit me for an interview on one occasion within an hour. The second time was many months later, the same gentleman measured and outfit me for a funeral. If i could give this place zero stars I would. My fiance and I went here to rent a tux for our wedding in October. The staff was extremely rude and ignorant. They walked by us while we were the only ones at the counter waiting for assistance and they would roll their eyes or huff. They made it a point to have no eye contact with me. This place is starting to get full of itself. Wait is now 2-3 weeks for a fitted suit? Really? You're Men's Wearhouse, not Todd Snyder. Dress shirts START at $100 now. Their ties were $75 I think? The staff is not great anymore. I ended up going to Boyd's down on Chestnut. Suit and shirts ended up being about 15% more and were tailored on the spot. Actually got my ties on clearance at Macy's. Settled for something called Hilfiger. $7 a piece. Thanks.

I wish I could give 0 stars for my experience here. I had to approach employees for help. When I would ask them simple questions, they would just stare back at me blankly. I would especially avoid any interaction with Michael Bryant, the Assistant Manager. The team was rude and made my whole family incredibly uncomfortable. We will never deal with this company ever again.
