An awesome option for making your clothes last. Whenever the elbows of my long-sleeved collared shirts blow out I just take them here and have them hemmed into short sleeves. Get a lot of compliments and get more mileage out of some of my favorite shirts.

Wish I could give fewer Stars. Dealt with them once prior to this situation, and the outcome then was less than blah. It took them an extra three days to finish a job which they quoted Us 2 weeks to do. When we went to pick up our garments two of the garments weren't even finished, but had been cleaned and handed back to us. We had to tell them that the tailoring had not even been completed. So then today I went in and gave them a dress to be tailored. The dress was of a cottony gauze type material. The seam in the back of the dress had about a 1 inch in diameter size hole in it. They quoted me a price of $20, then said that I also needed to have it cleaned before I brought it back to them to even begin the tailoring. The original time we came in we were only charged $10 for a seam that needed to be closed that was half the size. Plus the woman in charge was rude to spiteful

I have been using Lancaster tailoring for a while and I had an instance in the past where they burnt my shirt collar. I brought it to the owners attention and they did replace the shirt with a brand new one. I had a similar situation happen recently and they did not want to "take responsibility" for the damage to my shirt. I completely understand that accidents happen but I now have a new $140 Boss with a hole in it. When I spoke with the owner, I was informed that they will not be taking responsibility and it's my problem, not theirs. Very very poor customer service and the communication is even worse. I would recommend finding a different tailor/dry cleaner. Thanks Lancaster Tailoring.... for nothing!!!

I just had a bridesmaid emergency. My $120 dress, with 3 layers, needed like 2 inches or so hemmed off within a week. For perspective, the tailoring store at Park City told me the job would be roughly $150 with an additional $15 (or $50; I was panicking so badly I stopped listening after that) added because I needed it within a week. The estimates of every other tailoring place in Lancaster was ranging from $70-120 plus expediting fee. Not only was Lancaster Tailor co. able to do it for $59 instead of $150, I gave it to them last Thursday and they told me it was ready on Saturday morning with no additional fee for the fast job! I’ve honestly never been so happy or relieved in my whole life and I can actually walk down an aisle now without tripping! I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience from them without a literal fairy godmother involved!

Got three pairs of work pants done here. I have to go back every time I wash them because the awful hem job comes apart. This has happened 4 times now. The only saving grace is they have fixed them for free (as they should) in a few minutes when I bring them back in.
