Saw the reviews and came with my friend to get our dress pants done because the waist was a little big and she made it fit perfectly! She’s also amazing, super nice and great customer service. I did same day tailoring and only had to wait like 5 min for it. The dress pants still fit amazingly today after multiple washes! Will definitely be visiting again!

This is a long over due review. After searching for tailors around my area, I went to Kim after seeing all the 5 star reviews everyone left her and her alteration work on her website. She did not disappoint! I went to her first to hem my dress and she recommended I also cinch the waist of my dress. I wasn't sure about it at the time, but I am so glad I trusted her because the dress came out beautifully. She goes above and beyond in her work and has a natural eye for tailoring. Not only does she do big dresses, but I went to her to fix the sleeves of a sweater and she made it stylish and added a new elastic within the sleeve for versatility. She's the only tailor I trust and will keep going back to for all my clothing fixes. I rave about her all the time to friends and always recommend her for small and big alterations. I have been a fan of Kim’s for a very long time. Kim has done some extensive work for me that most would not think possible. She has altered a bathing suit to fit perfectly and recently took a ball gown and built custom sleeves for it. I will have pictures to come. She took longer than I expected on the dress but only because she demanded perfection. Perfection was what she did. She found material that was so amazing, that it looked like it came from my dress. I am forever great full to Kim and her loyalty to her clients.

Kim always does a fantastic job! My dry cleaning and tailoring I only go to her. She’s done my prom dress, various shirts and dresses which have all turned out amazing. If you want custom designs or some tailored to your body she is your person! I gave her a picture of something that I wanted and she designed it perfectly to the T. I haven’t had a dry cleaning or tailoring experience better than her. If you need something done, go to her she’s fair, honest, and the sweetest woman! Highly recommend her above the rest!

Not only was the service rendered (sewing and cleaning) horribly done, they are dishonest and will lie to your face! Don't accept ANY reason for inferior work returned to you. They assure you they can do the job requested and then are dishonest when they screw it up. I'm going to litigation to refute their lies.

I've been using Kim's Tailor and Cleaners for...wow, just thinking about it ~ 10 years give or take. The owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, always greets you with a smile and an excited hello. I have had many a trouser altered for length, patched a few jeans, and even replaced a zipper or two. Not as glamorous as all the dresses posted, but I've never had an issue with anything I have brought in to clean or mend. I would recommend a try, you have everything to gain in doing so.
