I needed 5 pairs of dress pants altered and brought in 1 pair at a time as I needed them for work. I gave him explicit instructions and had them written down, but he didn't take it. He said he would remember. He said it would be 6 days. When I came to get them, they were done wrong, so I had to wait 2 days. He refused the written directions again. This time they were correct, so I left the next pair. I came back 6 days later and again they were done wrong. There isn't any problem with his craftsmanship, that was excellent, it's his attention to detail that is poor.
