Very poor customer service. Got in there and there was nobody in the front room, I could see or hear if there was anybody anywhere, so I kept knocking and saying hello hoping if there was somebody there to say something. Turns out she was just in the next room and did not say a word to me, when I took a peak to see if anybody was there she yelled at me saying you just got here. Like I was going something bad. You’d think she would open her mouth at least when I was knocking to say that she was there but instead she got mad at me. Losing one customer can’t break her business but I’m out !!!

I recommend her to everyone I know. I bought my wedding dress online; when it came in, it was the wrong dress. I took it to Tanya who made all the changes I needed to make the dress exactly what I wanted. For my sister's senior prom, the dress she wanted needed to be changed from a zipper back to a corset back. Tanya said no problem and the dress looked ten times better!

Tanya does an awesome job! I've been coming here for 7 years now. I've never had to complain about any alterations. She's done a great job everytime. Prices are reasonable. She is pretty busy. You may have to wait a bit to try on your clothes. She's a small shop. I highly recommend her.

Poor customer service and hours are NOT as advertised. I returned to Tanya after she had done a bridesmaid dress for me earlier this year. However this time I showed up on a Thursday, and she told me she was closed even though the door was unlocked and the hours posted on her door stated otherwise. I had missed a small handwritten sign on the door that stated she was now closed on Thursdays, so she turned me away and told me her hours for Friday we're 10-5:30pm. So again, I tried on Friday only to find at 4:50 pm that the door was locked. Not worth the inconvenience, I'll find another tailor.
